Correct preparation helps prevent moisture-related weak layers, uneven surfaces and stringing.
Practical note: Use a direct-drive extruder with a short filament path and a low print speed.
Before purchasing, check that the printer and preparation meet all four requirements.
Prof. Lab TPU 95A 1.75mm 1kg Red — colour: red.
Prof. Lab TPU 95A is a flexible and elastic filament that returns to its original shape after bending. It offers good tear and impact resistance, making it suitable for parts that must flex repeatedly or absorb impacts.
Its Shore 95A hardness provides a practical balance between flexibility and printability.
TPU prints most reliably with a direct-drive extruder and a short filament path. Start with a lower speed and moderate cooling, and avoid excessive retraction.
TPU absorbs moisture quickly. Dry the filament before printing and store opened spools in an airtight container with desiccant.
The exact printing parameters, drying recommendations and printer requirements are listed in the specification table above.
