Prof. Lab PLA Matte 1.75mm 1kg Black — colour: black.
Prof. Lab PLA Matte is an easy-to-print, plant-based PLA filament. Its matte surface reduces glare and visually softens layer lines. Low warping and consistent extrusion also make it suitable for beginners.
The matte finish is especially well suited to models, decorative parts and display pieces where a calm, non-reflective surface is important.
PLA can soften or deform above 60 °C, so it is not suitable for parts left in a hot car or exposed to direct sunlight for long periods.
Moisture in the filament can cause stringing, bubbling and uneven extrusion. Store opened spools in a sealed container with desiccant and dry the filament before printing when necessary.
The exact printing parameters, drying recommendations and printer requirements are listed in the specification table above.
